Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for all participants, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These guidelines cover important details such as booking policies, ATV ride options, age and health requirements, and cancellation rules. By booking with us, you agree to follow these conditions throughout your adventure.

Minimum Booking

• A minimum of 2 participants is required for packages with hotel transfers.
• For ticket-only bookings (no transport), no minimum participant requirement.

ATV Ride Options

• Single ATV: For 1 person on 1 ATV.
• Tandem ATV: For 2 persons sharing 1 ATV.
• Tandem bookings must be made in even numbers (2, 4, 6, etc.). If booking an odd number of guests, one person must choose the Single ATV option.

Age & Health Requirements

• Participants must be 12–65 years old.
• Riders of Single ATV must be minimum 16 years old.
• Children under 12 may ride as a passenger on Tandem with an adult.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or those with serious medical conditions.

Booking & Payment

• Bookings confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
• No deposit is required. Payment is due on the activity day (cash in IDR or USD).

Hotel Transfers

• Hotel pickup/drop-off is included for Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Tuban, and Uluwatu.
• Other areas may incur additional transfer fees.

Insurance

• Personal accident insurance is included.
• Loss/damage to personal items is not covered.

Responsibility

• Quad Bike Bali is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage resulting from participant negligence.
• All participants must follow guide instructions.

Late Arrivals

• Be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup time.
• Missed tours due to late arrival are non-refundable.

What to Bring

• Closed shoes, comfortable clothing, extra clothes, sunscreen, cash, waterproof camera (optional).

Changes & Cancellations

• Activity times may be adjusted due to weather or safety.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
• 50% charge applies for cancellations within 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours for safety concerns (with full refund if pre-paid).

Code of Conduct

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving disrespectfully may be removed without refund.
